1. What are herbal supplements?

2. Are your products safe?

Yes, our products are made from high-quality, natural ingredients. However, as with any supplement, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or are taking medications.

3. How should I take my herbal supplement?

Take one tablet daily with or without food at anytime of the day. Follow these guidelines carefully for optimal results. You can swallow the capsules or open the capsule and pour contents into a smoothie, juice, or water. Can take all our products at the same time.

4. How many pills come in a bottle?

30 capsules per bottle. 1 month supply.

5. Do I need a prescription to purchase herbal supplements?

No, herbal supplements do not require a prescription in most regions. They are classified as dietary supplements. However, if you are pregnant, nursing, have health concerns, or are taking medications, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional or midwife before using any supplement.

6. Can I take herbal supplements with medications my physician prescribed?

All of our products are made with herbs and minerals. While many herbal supplements can be taken alongside medications, always consult with your healthcare provider or pharmacist before combining supplements with prescription or over-the-counter medications to ensure your safety.

7. How long does it take to see results from herbal supplements?

The time it takes to notice benefits from herbal supplements varies depending on the individual, the specific supplement, and your health goals. Some people may feel effects in a few days, while others might require several weeks. Consistency is key, so it's best to take the supplement regularly as directed.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our products being considered food, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any shipped items. 

9. Are your supplements vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We offer a wide range of vegan-friendly products, and we ensure that none of our supplements are tested on animals. 

10. Can I take herbal supplements if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant, it’s essential to consult with your healthcare provider before using any herbal supplements. Certain herbs may not be safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

11. What should I do if I experience side effects?

If you experience any adverse effects or discomfort after taking a herbal supplement, discontinue use immediately and consult with a healthcare provider. While our products are designed to be safe, everyone’s body reacts differently.

12. How should I store my herbal supplements?

Store your herbal supplements in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not refrigerate. Keep them out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.

13. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please check our [shipping policy] for more details.

14. What if I have a shipping inquiry about an online order?

A shipping estimate is provided during the checkout process and after your order is confirmed.

As stated on your order confirmation and the shipping policy on our website, processing takes up to 2-3 business days from order date. Business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays excluded. 

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. (We cannot provide updates prior to receiving your tracking number.)

15. Why have I not received a response to my email?

Due to the overwhelming request for products, inquiries and order requests will be answered within 2-7 business days. Please wait until the 7th business day waiting period has passed before sending a duplicate email.

16. Do you have a physical location?

No. At the moment we are online only.
